A Little TLC … Or Is It THC, With That?
Some time ago, we were approached by a business person who operates a business that while many use, some don’t quite approve of. It’s in of those “areas” that some are just now beginning to learn about the health benefits of, while others think the entire niche should be illegal. If not illegal, fully regulated. The government has tried to regulate it, but as governments will often do, have created more problems in the long run.
So, many customers of my this business person continue to go to him instead of using government regulated dispensaries.
His business? Delivery of weed and cannabis products including edibles – a fast growing market in which government regulation simply can’t keep up with (and many insist shouldn’t even bother trying).
After a long conversation and some thought, we decided to help Gerry out with a new website. Previously, he’d been relying on various “directories” where he was competing against other businesses – but he did not have his own way using this method of marketing to educate his customers or create his own list for the future. A new website of his own was what he really wanted.
We discussed a lot of his pains in his business, and researched how best to help him out, not only with SEO, but local search, and looked at the things his business did really well, and how we could help to ease some of the pains of his business.
Now, we’re not ones here to indulge in cannabis, but the research that had to be done certainly was a learning experience! That’s one of the great things about this business, and helping others – we get to learn things we never expected to.
So while THC might not be your thing, CBD in fact could be helpful for a variety of health conditions, and while our friend Gerry goes beyond CBD products, having a free delivery service (especially during the pandemic) has been very helpful to many people.
We have done work for an edible company previously – Mary’s Wellness who happened to be one of those businesses that were succeeding but have been caught in the web of government regulation. It just so happened that our new client had apparently purchased all of their remaining stock before Mary’s Wellness went on a business pause. So we had some ideas of his market with regard to edibles.
It’s a market that today is not aimed simply at teenagers and young adults looking to get high. Many doctors and professionals use cannabis products including edibles for a variety of health reasons, and they seem to have science behind them.
If you happen to be in that segment, and are looking for a safe way to obtain cannabis products, think of Gerry, who’ll have one of his drivers provide free 2 hour cannabis delivery in the Greater Toronto Area. The business name? 420Now Weed Delivery.
But it’s more than just about weed. We have a business acquaintance who says that shatter bars are to ‘die for’, just for the quality of the chocolate.
Maybe – we still enjoy a sip of Irish Whiskey for now though. But hey, if you’re into weed edibles, Gerry will treat you with lots of TLC with your THC.
